Instructions
- Clean, dry skin. Wash the area first (for the face, remove makeup).

Apply a thin, even layer of gel to the area you're treating. It helps the device's pad or head glide and keeps contact with the skin.
- Youthful Glow Gel: face and neck.
- OptiRelax Gel: body areas, e.g. shoulders, neck, back, legs.
- Run the Tera-P90+ session on that area as the device manual says (pad placement, mode, time).
- Afterwards, wipe off any excess or massage the rest in, and clean the device pad.
- Patch test first on a small area if the skin is sensitive, and keep the gel away from the eyes.
There are two types of Tera-P90+ gel:
